Three new integrations ship today: Samsung Galaxy Store and Huawei AppGallery for full review management, plus Telegram alerts for teams that live in chat.
Most review management tools stop at Google Play and the App Store. If you also publish on Samsung Galaxy Store or Huawei AppGallery, those reviews have been invisible to your workflow until now.
These were among our most-requested integrations. Today we're shipping all three: Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery, and Telegram alerts.
Both stores now plug into the same workflow you already use for Google Play and the App Store. No separate dashboards, no context-switching.
What works across both:
Samsung uses a 1-10 rating scale internally. We normalize it to 1-5 stars so your filters and automations work consistently across all stores.
To connect, go to Applications > your app > Integrate and enter your Samsung Seller API credentials (Service Account ID + Private Key from the Samsung Seller Portal).
Huawei splits reviews across regional API endpoints. AppReply handles this automatically. You just enter your Client ID and Client Secret from AppGallery Connect, and reviews from all regions flow into one feed.
To connect, go to Applications > your app > Integrate and enter your Huawei AppGallery Connect API credentials.
Teams that live in Telegram can now receive review alerts there, alongside Slack.
Telegram alerts support the same configuration as other destinations:
To set up, go to Alerts > Add destination > Telegram, paste your bot token from BotFather, and select the group or channel to receive alerts.
While we were adding new stores, we also rebuilt how Google Play integration works. You no longer need to create a service account, download JSON keys, or configure IAM roles.
Now you click Connect with Google, pick your account, and authorize. Three clicks. AppReply handles the rest via OAuth.
Existing service account integrations continue to work. OAuth is just a faster option for new apps.
With Samsung and Huawei joining Google Play and the App Store, AppReply now covers the four largest app distribution platforms. Same automation rules, same AI engine, same team workflow.
And with Telegram joining Slack as an alert destination, your team gets notified wherever they already work.
Add your Samsung or Huawei app now, or talk to us if you have questions about connecting your stores.
Connect all your app stores, turn on personalized auto-replies, and let AppReply handle every review automatically.

Apply your existing auto-reply rules to featured reviews with one toggle on Google Play and the App Store, and get faster, higher-quality AI replies after our upgrade to GPT-5.6.

Three new things in AppReply: Performance dashboards that show whether your replies move your rating, custom AI reply disclosure, and stronger reliability for 1,000+ reviews a day.
