Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial of all features. Cancel any time during the trial and your card will **not** be charged.

Is my data secure with AppReply?

Security is built in from day one. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is hosted on ISO 27001– and SOC 2–certified data centers, and we run continuous vulnerability scanning plus annual third-party penetration tests.

What permissions do you need for my app stores?

Only the minimum required—read access to reviews and write access to publish replies. We never request code-signing or financial permissions.

Can I delete my data if I leave?

Yes. When you delete your workspace or upon written request, we purge all review content, credentials, and logs within 30 days, backed by verifiable deletion certificates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For annual Enterprise plans we can issue invoices payable by bank transfer.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately—upgrades are prorated and downgrades are credited on your next bill.
