What each channel receives

Every channel works on every plan. Email gets alerts and summaries at the addresses you list, but no rating-change alerts. Rating-change alerts need review analytics, which covers App Store and Google Play apps.

FAQ

Questions about integrations

Which integrations does AppReply have?

Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, webhooks and email carry alerts and summaries. Zendesk and Intercom turn reviews into support tickets and conversations.

Can I reply to reviews from Slack or Teams?

No. The chat apps only deliver messages. Replies are written, approved and published in AppReply, and messages in Slack, Teams and Telegram link straight there.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Every channel works on every plan, and Zendesk or Intercom can be connected on any plan. Helpdesk ticket rules need Pro. Rating-change and complaint-spike alerts need review analytics.

What do the Zendesk and Intercom integrations do?

They hand a review to your support team. It becomes a Zendesk ticket or an Intercom conversation, and its status shows on the review in AppReply. The reply to the reviewer is still published from AppReply.

Which app stores feed the alerts?

Review alerts cover the Apple App Store, Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store and Huawei AppGallery. Galaxy Store and AppGallery come with Standard and higher plans, and their alerts cover the reviews AppReply has loaded. Topic conditions and rating-change alerts cover App Store and Google Play apps only. RuStore, which is on the Pro and Enterprise plans, is not available in alerts or summaries. You can still read its reviews in AppReply and reply by hand.

Can one alert go to several places?

Yes. One rule can post to several channels at once, such as a Slack channel, a Telegram chat and a webhook.

Put reviews where your team will see them.

Connect an app, add a channel, and send a test message.
