How it works.

Install the notification-only AppReply app in a Teams conversation, then follow its short-lived setup card to choose an AppReply organization. No Microsoft Graph permission is requested.

You choose the AppReply organization and destination. AppReply never reads channel history or member directories. Connection credentials are encrypted, never shown after installation, and disabled after a provider revocation or confirmed delivery failure.
