Creating and Managing Organizations

Step 1: Create an Organization

1. Navigate to Your Dashboard: After logging in, go to your main dashboard.
2. Organizations Section: Find and click on the 'Organizations' tab.
3. Create New Organization: Click on the 'Create New Organization' button and fill in the details for your new organization.

Step 2: Configure Your Organization

• Set Up Roles and Permissions: Define roles for your team members, such as Owner, Admin, Member, etc., and assign appropriate permissions.
• Invite Team Members: Send invitations to your team members to join the organization. They will receive an email with instructions on how to join.

Step 3: Manage Your Organization

• Organization Settings: Customize your organization's settings, including name, description, and other relevant details.
• User Management: Add or remove users and adjust their roles as necessary.

Collaborating with Your Team

With multi-tenancy, collaboration is streamlined:

• Shared Access: Team members can access shared resources, such as automated response templates and integration settings.
• Collaborative Editing: Work together on crafting the perfect responses to user reviews.
• Role-Based Permissions: Ensure that team members only have access to the features and data they need based on their role in the organization.

Transferring Ownership

If you need to transfer ownership of an organization:

1. Select Organization: In the 'Organizations' tab, choose the organization you wish to transfer.
2. Change Ownership: Within the organization settings, select 'Transfer Ownership' and designate the new owner from existing members.
