Are RuStore replies moderated?

Yes. Each reply goes to moderation before it publishes, and editing a reply sends it back. Before sending, AppReply checks for a reply already live or in moderation, to avoid sending a second one.

How long can a RuStore reply be?

The RuStore API accepts replies from 1 to 500 characters. AppReply holds RuStore replies to the same 500 and does not send a longer one.

What does the RuStore API key need?

A key ID and a private key, with access to the Working with reviews method. RuStore is included on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

What language are RuStore reviews in?

RuStore does not send a language with each review. AppReply detects it, then translates the review and your draft when you need it.

What is not available on RuStore?

Reply rules, review and rating-change alerts, scheduled summaries, topic and sentiment analysis, and Reply Quality are not available for RuStore. A person sends each reply. Can you edit or delete a RuStore reply?

Yes, at any time, says RuStore. An edited reply goes back to moderation. Make these changes in RuStore Console.

What is the RuStore review summary?

RuStore Console can show a summary of reviews for apps with at least 100 reviews in six months. The developer has to turn it on.
